I was under the impression (after 60+ years) that CEOs collect their retirement paypackets after walking over their emplyees. But, wait! Oh yeah ~~~ some of them actually earn those over-hefty paypackets at the beginning of their career.
You obviously have NO idea what company CEO's do. Are you aware of the fact that if it weren't for those CEO's abilities to affect labor negotiations, banking relationships that support their organizations, not to mention any and all mergers, acqusitions and the like, folks like YOU wouldn't even have a job to go to.
Most of what top exedcutives are paid for are ideas, direction and relationships that they are in a unique position to affect.
Instead of complaining that you are the little guy getting stepped on, how about thanking most of those executives for the good work that they do each day to help provide good jobs and benefits for the working people of this country.
I get sick and tired of the inference all the thime that the CEO is always the bad guys, laying awake nights trying to "screw" everyone in his company. Nothing could be further from the truth. If anything, most of them are trying to improve their organizations, while fighting with the "old school" mentality that they face each day from folks like you.
Here's a thought.....how about trying to help them instead of always complaining about them. You know, as a result, maybe everyone can win!
